The Cooperative Education Program gives students the opportunity to explore different careers and receive a paycheck. There is a block program that allows students to alternate work weeks with school. The students miss no classes since their classes don't meet when they are at work. There are three choices of careers: 1) Teachers for Tomorrow Internship Program where students assist teachers in elementary schools. 2) Computer Technician positions where students repair computers for various schools under the direction of the Board of Education. 3) Office Assistant in major companies such as American Express, Bank of New York, Morgan Guaranty, Moody's Investors Services and many others.
